Tracen Academy is an academy to train Umamusumes to compete in the Twinkle series.
However, one day, a mysterious blind Umamusume appeared in the front gate wearing the same school's sailor uniform as everyone wearing, claiming to be a transfer student that not even the Student Council knew that she was coming.
For someone who is different and has a clear disadvantage, how does she cope to become part of the academy? And what is her goal for coming to Tracen Academy?
