Self-absorbed college student Bryden Stalling believes he's the most popular person at his school. Handsome, flirty, charming... and the campus player who has dated far too many girls. In reality, however, no one can stand him---and everyone hates his guts.
After his girlfriend dumps him, he finds an ancient Chinese ring on the sidewalk that holds a genie inside! Bryden is excited at first, eager to use his three wishes. Frustrated, Bryden begrudgingly tries to become a better person in order for the genie to grant him his three wishes.
As the pair spends more time together, the genie lets his guard down and opens up about his dark past. Meanwhile, other forces are looking for Bryden's ring... and they may be connected to the genie's past.
