Life hasn't been kind to poor Adrian van der Merwe.
Being deaf, he's a loner in school and each time he tries to go out on a date he's either ghosted or mugged. To make matters worse, after a mysterious visit from a dangerous vampire, he's sent to go live with his estranged family member in a last ditch effort to stay alive.
Used to being forever alone, upon moving, the last thing Adrian expected was to have some alpha werewolf, Vincent, claim him as his mate.
