The infection can also be removed through surgery, though the feelings disappear along with the petals. If they choose neither options, or the feeling is not returned in time, then the patient's lungs will fill up with flowers, and will eventually suffocate. Eventually the flowers fill their lungs and they die. It can be healed if the person's love returns their feelings. But if the person gets rejected, they will die faster. Or they can have an operation, but they lose all memory of their love. (im bad at describing ok😭) What happens when izuku is put between life and death for his love?
