ahn chaewon has never thought she is strong. she has never thought she is useless or stupid, nothing like that, but she knew that she could never define herself as being strong.
the word 'strong' holds a different meaning for everyone, and for chaewon, it meant something she'd never have-physical strength.

kang wooyoung, on the other hand, prides himself on being the best fighter the world has ever seen. they are like two opposites, alike in more ways than they know, and need each other in ways they'd never think of.

the story of 'lumen' is about two different souls learning to love each other as they are, without trying to change one another. it is about being the light in someone's life and learning how to live without burning.

pro tip: although i truly recommend reading the whole story, if your attention span is fried, or you're just scared of the long story, you can start reading from act 3. maybe even act 2, but if you want an enemies-to-lovers vibe, you'll love act 3.
