A small child, taken from their mother at a young age, is brought to Northern Russia for a series of trials labeled 'Project Miracle.' The girl is marked Experiment Alpha 17. Along with a group of others, she is used for human experimentation. They're used as a pawn in a game of power. They had no voice. They had no name. They didn't exist.
The General who runs the tests is a higher power in the neo-Nazi group called HYDRA. He believes anything is possible and refuses to cease until he achieves a new breed of humans. He wants an army that surpasses Steve Rogers in every way, are as obedient and mindless as The Winter Soldier, and has abilities that rival the Inhumans. The snake was out to take over the world and degrade human beings at the same time.
This is the beginning.
She was never meant to survive, but against all odds, she did.
