𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭 was absolutely stunning. like, jaw droppingly beautiful. of course, she knew it, just as everyone who met her knew it. blonde, shiny hair, crystalline blue eyes, sunkissed skin, she was the epitome of the "beauty standard." she's used to being underestimated, her intelligence dismissed in favour of her honey-coated looks, and her power ignored. deep down, she was sure that she'd never be truly loved - that no one would ever get past the perfection she was designed to embody. desirable, not lovable.

𝐥𝐞𝐨 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐳 was, well, not so stunning, if you asked him. he was kind of scrawny, and short, with curls he did not know how to take care of and usually dirty hands. he wasn't all that interesting, a background character in everyone else's epic. he had scars on his hands and his heart, convinced no one could ever really want him. he knew that love is for other people - people taller, stronger, better.

it would probably end up like their parents. hephaestus, pining over a girl who would never love him back, aphrodite, who was repulsed by him, falling in love with the war god, ares. who could ever love leo, right? not vienna.
