Ever heard of yahoo yahoo? 419? No? Well you've definitely heard about internet fraud and we ALL know the country notorious for it, but who started and how did it spread across Nigeria? Zikora Zimuzo is born into a family fractured by poverty and his mother, a resilient woman burdened by five children from different fathers, has always fought to keep them afloat. But it is Zikora's eldest sister, Adaeze, who has been his rock-until her marriage to a violent military man and her subsequent battle with diabetes threaten to upend everything. As Zikora enters the university of Benin on a hard-earned scholarship, he finds himself thrust into a world of new opportunities and hidden dangers.
