Alicent Hightower was the Rose of Oldtown, the Light of the Reach - daughter of Otto Hightower, Hand of the King, and Lady Alyrie of House Florent. She was the daughter of Faith and Knowledge, the Mother of Dragons, the Bride of Dreams, and the Lover of Fire.
