Though not all is bad, they are the Main Leader of the Parallel Future of NATO called East Asian Treaty Organization, and have the 2nd most powerful Military Prowess, Superior Technology, and Stronger Economy. and have 2 Large Colonies (albiet a brutal Colonial one). Not all is sunshine and rainbows however, The Military and The Royal Government are really corrupt and shady, the some Nobles are complete unemphatic jerks, and the Country still has feudalistic hierarchy, Emperor Niles Paranoia towards other people, Brutal Policies (If your in the Colonies thats much worse) and they have no problems when it comes to Crimes against their own citizens. One day, the Entire Empire and it's colonies were transported to another World, filled with Magic and Civilizations very different from Earth. Now Gooslechia will show the New World what a REAL Superpower can do... But in Niles' perspective, This World is now His to own.

Joe, has returned from the future and was able to stop the nuclear war, however, now he's got more dificult task ahead of him: from what he learned from the future, Hokuto school is facing a new tragedy in form of their students rebelling against their master, plus, there's also a disorder in Nanto Seiken school as well. When Nanto is covered by the cloud, Hokuto will appears. However, in order for Hokuto to achieve it's goal, the Guidance Star will appear to show Hokuto it's way. Thus Centurion must help Kenshiro, the 64th successor of Hokuto and his future teacher, to stop the upcoming Age of Chaos and restore the balance between Hokuto and Nanto.
