When she proposed to Archie Holbrook at the tender age of eleven, Felicity Carrell had not expected her attentions to drive him away to the navy. Six years later, he returns to England to find that she has kept her promise of not breaking the seal on a single one of his letters, but can the same be said of her heart?

A Regency short story in the vein of Georgette Heyer.

If I start this book am I wasting my time reading or are you going to finish. I'm just saying you haven't written anything since last year. Will it be worth it to start? Either that or get your book out of Wattpad. We readers like to read books, but they should be upgraded periodically.

Elope, run away together. To marry hastily. Often they would have to travel to Scotland to elope. Marrying in a church meant waiting several weeks unless you were rich enough to pay for a quicker wedding.

Sighhhhh....this sounds like it came straight out of a Jane Austen novel. Absolutely amazing! You capture the period language well.

They are entirely too cute for words! I can't wait to see how their story progresses. :)

Fantastic writing! Sounds like a proper regency story with perfect amounts of tone and expression in the formal sophisticated art of conversation.
