Lookism was just a story to you, a very entertaining and thrilling read, and then it ended, or so you thought until you came across a spin-off with Gun Park, the character who was a mentally unhinged fight-loving little prick, but we all love the bad boys.
The story revolves around two yakuza families and the arranged marriage of their heirs. The spoiled yet cunning girl, a skilled fighter, disappoints her family and is married off to unite the Yamazaki Syndicate with the Tenmisaki Order. However, Gun, who detests her, to no one's surprise, kills her and stages it as an elopement gone wrong to escape the alliance.
So, what were you going to do when you stared into the mirror in a room you didn't recognize, maids at your beck and call, and an achingly familiar symbol carved into a tapestry decorating the room?
Get away that's for sure.
You may have loved the bastard to the point of gushing over him like a schoolgirl with a crush every time he appeared, but he was dead set on killing you. You were a hindrance. However, there was that small part of you that wanted to...talk to him at least. Meet him. Get to know him outside of Lookism. After all, your treacherous heart still yearned for him.
So much so that the red thread of fate knotted in place, even if they were realities apart.
In that case, you had to improvise, besides what could go wrong when you know the entire story and then some?
