You are known as the reaper in some places of New Yoke city. You have broken in and hacked into the Chaos Councils computers multiple times and have a small collection of files that you have stolen from them. You're not well known as your true self because you always wear a cloak and mask in public. The Chaos Council doesn't have any records of you so they don't know what you look like. You have a metal 'extension' like Nine, but instead of tails, you have wings with blade sharp ends.
You just escaped from the Chaos Council after stealing some more data and run into Nine in an alleyway while his old bullies were making fun of him again.

You are a girl, You are 18, Nine is 17, and you are taller than him
Also just because, for the fun of it, somewhere in your name (middle or last) you will have the name Grim. Can you guess why ;)
