The Mortician's Daughter
Blade Midnight Allenwood might be the most depressed orphan out there. She gets bullied everyday by the people she has to live with. Her fellow orphans. They all like pop and that Two Direction shit, whatever its called, but most of all, they like to torment and make fun of her. They know it makes her feel miserable, but they enjoy that the most. She can't help but hurt herself in anyway possible; not eating, burns, cutting... all that jazz. One day, Blade's so sick of it that she sneaks out to a nearby bridge, ready to take her life, stop all the pain, but what happens when a certain black van stops by.
"Please don't jump," his low voice sounded so pleading.
"Why shouldn't I?" I just wanted to jump.
"Because life does get hard, but it also gets better. Suicide doesn't end the chances of life getting worse, it just ends the chance of it getting better." He did have a point. Life is too hard and at that moment in time I did what every idiot would do.
I let go.
