Athena stared into the sea green eyes of her rival, Poseidon. "So, Mr. Water....." Her sharp voice rang out through the silence.
Poseidon scoffed. "I didn't know you were here, Ms. Golds." He crossed his arms, dueling with Athena's deadly stare.
"I presume Aphrodite turned us into mortals to work here, as teachers, together." Athena shook her head, sighing. "Prepare for your class to be beaten by mine."
Poseidon let out a humorless laugh. "I doubt that, Ms. Golds." He spat, looking straight into the stormy gray eyes he had seen very often, due to the many times they had fought.
"How dare you!" Athena screamed at Poseidon, her anger releasing.
Poseidon's eyebrows flew up in surprise Athena had always controlled her temper, but now he had crossed the line. He might have went too far tampering with one of the things Athena had loved most.
