When the annual Extermination begins, Blitz and the I.M.P. crew are caught off guard, finding themselves trapped in the middle of the bloodbath as angels descend from Heaven to wipe out demons. Blitz takes charge, determined to protect Loona, Moxxie, and Millie.

They see Hell littered with the bodies of demons. The streets are soaked with blood, and survival becomes their only focus.

The Extermination strips away their illusions of safety, forcing them to confront not only the angels but their own fears, vulnerabilities, and limits.
