In a world where survival demands sacrifice, 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐘 𝐏𝐈𝐊𝐄 has learned to harden herself against weakness.

Raised under the ruthless hand of her father, a man who saw her not as a daughter but as a weapon, Cassidy was trained to obey, to fight, and to survive at any cost.

But when a single act of defiance lands her among the delinquents hurtling to the ground, the first humans to return to Earth in nearly a century, she finds herself thrust into a world more dangerous and unpredictable than she ever imagined.

Haunted by the past and the crime she was forced to commit, Cassidy struggles to break free from the chains of her father's control.

But survival on the ground isn't just about fighting external threats-it's about facing the ones inside her, too. 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐘 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐄, the headstrong rebel king with a cause, forces her to confront parts of herself she thought she had buried.

And when 𝐍𝐈𝐊𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐈 𝐊𝐀𝐍𝐄, the one person who truly knew her before it all fell apart, resurfaces, Cassidy is caught between the past she can't escape and the future she's terrified to claim.

As loyalties are tested, enemies rise, and war looms on the horizon, Cassidy must decide who she is beyond the role others have forced upon her. Because on the ground, strength isn't just about survival-it's about who you choose to fight for.

This is the story of a rogue, a survivor, and the battle to find humanity in a fractured world.

THE REASONS // Bellamy Blake - the 100 by KylieRutledge17
82 parts Complete Mature
Madison Cameron was born in space, a child of the Ark, never feeling the sun on her skin or breathing the fresh, unfiltered air of Earth. She's never experienced the sensation of water, the way it would flow against her or lap around her as she swam. For three generations, humanity has clung to the Ark, floating in the cold vacuum of space, its fragile walls the only barrier between them and extinction. The Ark was all they knew-sterile, artificial, far from the dangers and beauty of Earth below. But now, the Ark is dying. It can't sustain them much longer. They are the last hope of mankind, a fragile chance for survival. The Earth they land on, however, is nothing like they imagined. It's not a fresh start or paradise - it's a nightmare. The air is toxic, wildlife monstrous, and every step is a battle for survival. The Earth is alive, but it's unforgiving. Amidst this chaos, Madison and Bellamy Blake find themselves at the forefront, taking on the roles of leaders. Both carry the heavy weight of responsibility, knowing that the survival of the remaining human race rests in their hands. They both strive to protect their people, to do whatever it takes to ensure their survival. But where Madison is focused on the harsh reality of survival-pragmatic, calculating, determined to keep them alive - Bellamy's vision is driven by something more abstract: freedom. They clash over their ideals - her need for structure, his thirst for freedom - and every time their paths cross, the tension between them makes their already perilous situation even more volatile. Yet, the Earth continues to test them. It doesn't care about their petty squabbles or their hopes for a better future. The planet doesn't care about Madison's desire for control or Bellamy's lust for freedom. It only cares about one thing: survival. MY ADDICTION TO BELLAMY BLAKE FUELED THIS. ~~~~~~~~~~~ (Y/n) Griffin is constantly worried about her younger sister, Clarke. So when Clarke was thrown into jail on the Ark, following the death of their father, (Y/n) couldn't decide if it was for better or worse. That is, until, she is informed by her step-mother that 100 juvenile delinquents are being sent down to Earth. Clarke being one of them. At this point, (Y/n) knew she needed to go down, too. The trouble is, a nuclear conflict had decimated civilisation on earth a century earlier - so this entire plan may be a suicide mission. Life on the Ark was wrapped up in politics and moral beliefs, causing rifts between people and stations. Down on Earth, things may not be very different. Down on Earth, everything is horrible. Mostly, everything... at first at least... Her whole life (Y/n) Griffin has been fighting to succeed, which only augments down on the ground. Will she be able to balance friendship, war and love in order to survive? You'll have to find out, because life can change in an instant. The 100, Seasons 1-5 Completed: December 2024 ~~~~~~~~ IN MY HUMBLE OPINION - THE BOOK IS GREAT. TV SERIES IS GREAT. READ AND BINGE BOTH S'IL VOUS PLAÎT. THAT MEANS PLEASE :) it's a bit long but all good things are. More adventure. This is a dystopian story that keeps on going 💪 OKAY LOVIES. If you're familiar with The 100 then this story follows the first 5 seasons of the TV series... because tbh in my opinion it went on for a bit long and then I didn't even get around to watching the last season BUT LIVE LAUGH LOVE THIS MUCH OF IT. The storyline is a constant thrill - new problems and plot lines infiltrating the characters. All the characters are from the show aside from the ones that are obviously not in the show 🤠 BUT IF YOU HAVENT SEEN THE SHOW THEN JUST ENJOY. But seriously whenever I get Bellamy reels on insta I retreat to this book, thankful to have written something that fuels my delus

Her sister, Arlo Riv Kane, managed to convince her dad and the council that she needed to die in Hailey's place, allowing Hailey to live just as long as she did but in the Skybox. After her 21st birthday, which marked her fourth year in the Skybox, the council made a decision. They were going to send 100 delinquents to the ground as an experiment to see whether the level of radiation was survivable or not. In doing so, they managed to sentence almost all of them to an untimely death that was almost inevitable. With the idea of freedom, Hailey knows that she is never safe and that if weaknesses are shown, someone will use them against her. "It's like a hurricane; therefore you can't stop it, you endure it." In a post - apocalyptic world, thousands of those apart of the human race continue to reside in a space station called The Ark. A place where several different countries came together to create a place where they can all live in peace until Earth is a safe place to live in once again. With oxygen supply running short, possibly gone within the next four months, there was only one thing left to do; send 100 convicts under the age of eighteen down to the dangerous terrain that is planet Earth. Almost everyone aboard The Ark knew about the tale of Octavia Blake, the girl who lived under the floorboards for around sixteen years, but her story pales in comparrison to Olivia Ross', the girl who was ripped away from her family the moment she was born. All because she was a twin. It was against the law to have more than one child on The Ark due to supplies available, but after a misdiagnosis, Liv's mother had twins rather than just the expected son. This immediately resulting in her jail sentence. Except when Liv finds herself two weeks away from reaching the dreaded age of eighteen, she's soon casted down to Earth along with ninety nine others just like herself. Liv knew that this journey would be dangerous, but she never expected to see the one person she had desired to meet most; her twin brother. [season one] [book one of the olivia ross series]

Ataraxia (at·a·rax·ia) (n.) a state of blissful and serene calmness; freedom from emotional disturbance and anxiety. [ Bellamy Blake x OC ] When Freya was a kid, a kind family helped her out of a bad situation, taking care of her when her own father wouldn't - being too resentful towards the little girl for his wife's passing. During one of the many days on which he had locked Freya out of their living quarters to fend for herself, she had bumped into a little boy not much older than herself, Bellamy, and his mother Aurora. The two kids grew to be fast friends. Living on a space station after the nuclear end of the world, Freya didn't have many places to go, and from then on, the Blakes became her refuge, and after spending years escaping to their home, she moved in. She and Bellamy were inseparable, and she loved his mother, and his illegally hidden little sister, Octavia, just like they were her own, and relished in the feeling of finally having a family - of feeling safe and loved. But everything fell apart when Bellamy's well-intended plan to give Octavia a taste of freedom backfired. Octavia was imprisoned and sentenced to death, and Aurora was floated into space for breaking the Ark's strict population law of only having a single child. Freya couldn't forgive Bellamy for the consequences, and their once-strong bond shattered. Their friendship turned into avoidance and resentment, with both cutting all contact. When Octavia, along with 99 other teenaged prisoners awaiting their death sentence, was scheduled to be sent to Earth in a desperate attempt to save humanity, with the Ark's dwindling life-support threatening its survival yet again, everything changes. Determined to protect her against the unknown, Bellamy and Freya both sneak onto the dropship, forcing them to confront their fractured relationship in the harsh realities of a new world.
