The Girl Behind the Glasses
The boy with all the attention. Has the grades that your parents can be proud of. The captain of the soccer team. The person who sits in the front of the class. Usually, never has time to be alone. That boy that would be called "popular" at any school. He encouraged teasing because he was scared that if he didn't, he would go down in popularity. His parents almost think he is a perfect child. The girl with no attention. The one who never really enjoyed sports. The one hating being in a conversation. Although she had great talents, she was never the person to show them off to anyone. She was the girl to never sit in the front of the class, and hated school because of being teased. She was one of the smartest kids in school, but never had good grades because of the fear of adding another thing to the teasing list. What happened when they had to spend time with each other? Would their personalities compliment each other or would they stay on hating each other? Would the boy realize that being popular wasn't everything? Would the girl ever gather up her courage, and be herself, or would she stay the girl behind the glasses?
