With my nine years solid track record of leading frontline teams for ANZ and SG broadband and mobile companies, I have successfully led cross functional teams from inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, email, Social Media ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ) to review platforms like Google, Seedly, Product Review, Trustpilot and Broadband Compare and in the process multiplied leaders in our team thanks to the amazing mentors and teammates that I met through work and my reads. Their help enabled me to build engaged permanent work from home teams.
