In a world where 80% of the population has quirks the other 20% doesn't. izuku yagi, the son of the number one hero was one of those 20%.  Izuku Yagi's life was a nightmare, filled with bullying at school from his supposed friend bakugo and his sister izumi yagi and neglect from his family, including his father, All Might. 

Finding solace in the teachings of Silverfang, an S-class martial artist, Izuku transformed from a weak boy into a powerful, cold fighter. 

His impressive performance at the UA High School entrance exam was sabotaged by All Might, crushing his dreams. Betrayed and disillusioned, Izuku became the Hero Hunter, seeking to expose the corruption in hero society and exact revenge on those who wronged him.

However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before.
