Years after the event of Faiz: Paradise Regained. Takami Inoue and his girlfriend were fans of Kamen Rider, especially Kamen Rider Faiz, and they were watching Gachiakuta. One day they heard Gachiakuta Mangaka quit Twitter, leading Takami angry and sending a threat post to toxic people on Twitter. After Takami posted a threat on Twitter as he continue his college work.
He saw a group of people wearing black suit and hat as they kidnapped him, they experiment on him into Orphnoch as he become Wolf Orphnoch. Suddenly Takumi Inui and Tsukasa Kadoya save Takami and bring him to the ramen shop, they explain that Smart Brain developed Android and Orphnoch as they want Takami to become the next Faiz and he accepts the offer.
He give Takami Faiz Gear and fixes the gear system as Takami only uses it. He was in the world of Gachiakuta and decided to fight corruption. Open your eyes for Next Faiz.
