Himari wakes up in a world that is all too familiar-her own novel-after an unexpected death. She isn't the story's heroine, though, but rather the tragic supporting character who will eventually die at the hands of the main character she once created.
Determined to alter her fate, Himari discovers a higher purpose of her reincarnation: saving the story's enemy, the second character, from his disastrous path. However, it is difficult to be redeemed, particularly when one must face the shortcomings of one's own creation.
