At the semi-nascent age of 88 years, Cuhrse carries quite a dark past. For instance, she knows first hand the horrid wretchedness and torture that went on in the internment camps... in fact, the most notorious of all- Auschwitz. 14 painfully slow years of it. Now, about 63 years after her escape, it still haunts her dreams, her thoughts, her life. So when she's overcome with feelings she has no idea what to do with when she meets Qhuinn, estranged and disowned son of Lohstrong, she is struck clueless and vulnerable- something she refuses to feel. But when her sister, Xhexania, love interest of warrior Tehrror, aka John Matthew, is abducted and tortured by Lash, she knows those emotions all too well. Fear. Anger. Vengeance. Will she save her sister, or will she be utterly ruined? Will she embrace the feelings she experiences for Qhuinn, and succumb to the pleasure and love that awaits her.... or will her dark past and it's treacherous hold on her prevent her from ever opening up?
