What if Izuku has gotten pregnant with twins From the whole ordeal but he doesn't want to get rid of them, to Have an Abortion, he begs and cries that he does want to keep them and he would bare his teeth at anybody.
Or to put it simply; Izuku Suffers but his Pack is there for him.
All Might- Or Toshinori received a phone call from His Son- I mean Student! In the middle of the afternoon, almost night, sobbing, voice hoarse, shaking very much not okay, it's up to All Might to help him pick up the pieces. And maybe he'll even be a proud grandfather of the pups Izuku decided to keep and carry.
