Reincarnation is a vague concept for some people. For others, it's redemption, a way of making up for mistakes.

But for Soliès, it's more a question of a scam. Dead young, hit by a car, he finds himself forcibly reincarnated by the Author into a world he knows nothing about.

But he's going to have to get used to it - between the flirtatious attempts of a clingy 'friend' and the taunts of the Author, Soliès is in for quite a ride.

But hasn't this synopsis already been used in another work? What is this feeling of déjà-vu? Oops... It seems our protagonist has died a second time... Perhaps this umpteenth reincarnation in ancient Cyneria will enable him to escape (once again) his doomed fate.

When an author finds herself writing the sequel to an originally 'false' chapter in order to explain her theory of parallel worlds. The result is a fanfiction of an existing story.

But when she awakens in the body of a four-year-old girl, the daughter of a powerful Count and Countess, she quickly realizes that she has been given a second chance. Gone are the days of scrounging through dumpsters for food; now, she is surrounded by luxury, wealth, and privilege. But Celeste knows better than to be blinded by the beauty of her new life. In this new world, the rules are different but just as dangerous. Determined to never suffer the way she did before, Celeste vows to play the long game, quietly learning the intricacies of noble life while plotting her path to independence. Armed with the wisdom of her past and the opportunities of her present, Celeste embarks on a journey of survival and self-discovery. But in a world where appearances mean everything, how long can she maintain the charade before her secrets unravel? And when they do, will she have the strength to rise from the ashes once again?

After unknowingly returning to her original world, she awoke in the frail body of a girl she recognized-a semi-villainess from a novel fated to die by her own son's hand. Unwilling to face such an end again, she resolved to sever her engagement with the crown prince, certain he despised her. Yet her sudden boldness-her unflinching gaze and daring words-shook the palace. Those who had once dismissed her began to watch closely; those who scorned her now whispered with intrigue. Prince Acacius, who had regarded her as nothing more than a pawn, found himself captivated. The more she slipped from his control, the more obsession rooted in him-and when he saw his half-brother Theodore with her, jealousy twisted into poison. Theodore had never cared for Lavinia, but her sharp tongue and strange humor pierced through his indifference. Seeing Acacius's temper flare whenever she laughed only spurred his amusement-and his resolve to claim her. Then came the saint Clotilde. She concealed a zeal no scripture could tame. Unlike the princes, her desire was not rivalry but possession. She wanted Lavinia all for herself. Even her brothers, who had long stood at the edges of her life, now hovered near, unsettled by the fire that had awakened in her. What had changed? Why did the world suddenly turn around her? Lavinia herself did not know. She only knew this: she would not bow to the cruel fate the novel had written. This time, she would carve her own path. TW UN-EDITED

Inure: (v.) To accustom to accept something undesirable, evil, or painful. An other worldly girl is reincarnated as Queen Estella de Royalis, the villainess of a novel that is killed by her own husband. Having no other choice, she strives to save herself from that fate. However, the novel she read is not the reality she believed. ______ I tried on another, a red one this time. I twirl in its large skirt. "This one matches your eyes," I say as I spin. "This one too." I stop, putting my hands on my hips. "Are you going to order all of them?" "If I want to, yes, I will." He doesn't budge. I sigh, sitting next to him. "You know that you don't have to do this. I can go buy my own dresses." "I know, but I want to see you wear dresses that I chose. Besides, is it so wrong to want to spend time with you?" ______ Note: This is entirely my work. I want to see if I'm able to write something without a plot set up for me. I hope you like it!
