⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ This story is pretty messed-up and is not meant to be taken seriously. It takes place in an alternate universe where Marshall Mathers or any other celebrities mentioned are not actually famous. This is also obviously A WORK OF FICTION!!

But...

What if you got snatched by a crazy murderer that wants you to play house with him and his kid??

Marshall Mathers has about had it with his cheating wife, so he decides to kill her. Then dump her dead body in the lake. All the while his 5 year old daughter, Hailie, is right by his side, helping him, without even realizing what it is exactly they are doing.

And now that Hailie's mother is gone, Marshall decides that she might need a new one. As well as him possibly needing a new wife.

That's where Destiny comes in. Destiny has just witnessed what Marshall and Hailie just did. But instead of killing her as well, Marshall brings her home with them and keeps her hostage. Without realizing that Destiny has a secret too. That secret would soon come to light though. Then all three of them, Marshall, Hailie and Destiny, would have to go on the run...

Lenika Shakur is a protégé of Dr. Dre as well as a younger half sister to the legendary late rapper Tupac Shakur. Ever since Pac's untimely death, Dre has taken her under his wing and looked after her. Lenika also has a dream of making it as a rapper one day as well, all to honor her late brother and make him proud. And Dre, he has no problem with that, he is all for it and supports her decision 100 percent. The only problem is that Dr Dre has another protégé now also. And his name is Marshall Mathers. An up-and-coming white rapper from Detroit Michigan with a troubled past whose skills are undeniable and unmatchable by anybody else in the rap game, so Dre takes Marshall under his wing as well. Which is exactly how Marshall and Lenika meet. By an unexpected encounter in one of the rooms at the Interscope building that changes it all for the both of them because they instantly fall in love. The problem is that their mutual mentor, Dr Dre, doesn't want that. For either of them, especially Lenika. He's got a whole lot of respect for Marshall. When it comes to being a hard working man in the rap game that is. Dre truly loves the kid, Marshall is like his little brother or something. But he also loves Lenika too. And knowing all of the personal issues that Marshall comes with, Dre wants him nowhere near Lenika romantically. Simply because he doesn't want Marshall to ruin her character. Ruin her as a person. Being that Lenika is innocent, and Marshall is totally corrupted. Do you think that would stop either Marshall or Lenika from being attracted to each other though?? TW: will contain sexual situations, including an attempted SA, strong language, drugs use, etc..

Veronica "Vee" Mercer had a plan-a career in the music industry, a fiancé, a future that made sense. Then she walked in on him cheating, and just like that, everything was gone. With no job, no reputation, and no reason to stay sober, she moves to Detroit to crash with her best friend, thinking she'll figure shit out. Instead, she starts drinking too much, partying too hard, and slipping into a world she never thought she'd belong to. She wasn't trying to be a groupie. She swore she'd never be that girl. But after enough bad nights and worse decisions, somehow, that's exactly what she becomes. That's how she meets Marshall. Arrogant. Cold. Completely full of himself. He doesn't do attachments. He doesn't give a fuck. Women are distractions, leeches, nothing but trouble. And Vee? She plays the role-shows up, stays in his bed, but never acts like she needs him. Where other women fall at his feet, she doesn't give a shit. Where others wait on his calls, she ignores them. And suddenly? Marshall's the one losing it. When she's with someone else? He snaps. When she dodges his calls? He spirals. He swears he'd be so much better off without her. So why the fuck can't he let her go? A toxic, addictive push-and-pull love story built on obsession, arrogance, and the one girl who refuses to play by his rules.
