Izuku got exiled from Japan because of his vigilante activities. While All Might and Nezu were trying to plead his case in front of the Japanese government, they decided to send him to the US until they resolved the conflict.
Through Nezu and All Might's recommendation, he enrols at a private boarding school called Nevermore academy, where he meets Wednesday Addams, a lonely goth with psychic powers.
Izuku now has to navigate a new life at a new school filled with monsters, ghosts, and supernatural psychics.
