"What were you doing in the room alone with him?" He asked pinning her with his cold, hard gaze holding her wrist and trying his best not to drown in this little beauty standing in front of him who was looking bewitching today in the lehenga he himself chosen for her however what infuriated him that she kept forgetting something. "What do you mean? I-I was just helping Aarav-- "By giggling out loud and slapping his chest playfully? Is that how you were helping him?" He asked again inching closer to her caging her between him and the wall, his hand sliding along her arm sending shivers down her spine and another snaking around her waist pulling her closer, their breaths mingling as he took her in, drank her in soothing himself to have her close yet a rippling agony shredding him from inside antagonizing his mind as he didn't know what to do with the adorable woman in his arms and at the same time kiss her senseless and forget about everything, everything which terrorizes his mind. "W-What are you even saying? It was beca- "Shh, I am barely holding it in and I swear, when I am with you, I go insane. Stop messing with my head because I don't want you so don't make me go over it all over again." He whispered after his finger brushed against her plump lips, him eyeing those sultry and inviting red-tinted lips feeling heat surging through his body unable to control the waves of passion and black jealousy as he pressed his lips against her in a sensual kiss transferring those waves to her as he held her possessively against him before pulling back and whispering to her with his darker yet the same shade of orbs as hers swirling with depth and that crude coldness like a devil. "You need to play the part well as long as this marriage stands, dear wife. As long as and not for eternity." He spoke darkly before stepping back and leaving her as if the wind of those emotions was a lie, that heated and passionate stare, all of it.

He held up his hands, trying to sound casual, but the sight stopped her cold-blood smeared across his fingers, dark and fresh. "Relax, it's nothing," he said smoothly, his voice trying to soothe, but her heart pounded in stark disbelief. Her eyes widened, fixed on the crimson stains, a silent scream caught in her throat. Horror dripped from every glance. "Nothing? You killed him," she whispered, voice barely steady, trembling with a mixture of fear and accusation. "You're a murderer." He scoffed, a cold shadow flickering in his unreadable eyes. "Don't insult me wifey. I'm above that." The weight of his words pressed down like a guillotine as she steadied herself, voice sharp with defiance. "I'll tell everyone. I won't marry you." A slow, cruel smile curved his lips as he leaned in, his breath ghosting against her ear like a deadly promise. "Will you? Go ahead-tell everyone. I'll destroy everything you hold dear, just like your telling would destroy mine. We'll go down together." He leaned closer, his voice dropping to a chilling whisper. "And as for not marrying me... oh wifey , you don't get to choose. You'll be mine-whether it's in a wedding dress, or buried in a legend". He wasn't supposed to pull her in-didn't even understand why he was drawn to her. She wasn't the most beautiful, but something beneath the surface called to him. A ruthless heir haunted by betrayal, he never let strangers close... yet he craved to keep her. ☆☆☆☆
