Rewind - The past holds the key to the future. ©
Sylvie Porter has been depressed for as long as she can remember. It has been her one faithful companion, always there in the background, always whispering sweet nothings in her ear. She doesn't know how depression came to find her, but she knows it never leaves. Did something happen to cause it? Is it something in her brain?
As Sylvie's depression progresses, and she doesn't know where to turn, will she figure out the cause of her depression and seek help before it is too late, or will she let the cards fall as they may?
Rewind time to find the cause behind it all.

↪️Explores the potential causes of depression
↪️Discusses suicide and other heavy, sensitive topics, read at your own risk!
↪️A story about how relationships with family and friends fail without communication and how they are affected by secrets, lies, and depression.
⛔️IMPORTANT⛔️There are two different time periods, so be aware of the dates in the title. The one in the past revolves around Caroline and/or Jeff Porter (Sylvie's parents) and the decisions they make and why they make them. It is written in third person. The second time period is in first person with Sylvie as the narrator. I want to give all sides of the story life and explore the power of different ways of thinking.
