Beatrice Rossi is the chief of staff to the Vice President of the United States. Benedick Holden is the Press Secretary. Their lives have been chaos ever since that night eight years ago when their elevator make out was interrupted by the news that Pedro Aragones would be the next President of the United States. Things have gone a bit sour since then.

With the wedding of Beatrice's cousin to a rookie speechwriter fast approaching, their friends and family get the idea to create a little chemistry between the two bickering political allies. What else is there to do with a lame duck session than play Cupid?

Some With Arrows is a modern retelling of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. It is set in the lame duck administration of a fictional president.
