"And yet you still hold my arm," Tewksbury observes as he and Enola walk down the path in front of them. She smiles to herself, answering.
"And yet I still hold your arm."

After confessing their love, Enola and Tewksbury support each other while pursuing their careers. When his uncle vanishes and his mother is blamed, Enola takes the case-only to go missing herself. Discovering shocking secrets, she completes the mission and recovers with Tewksbury's help. But as they search for answers, Tewksbury falls gravely ill with tuberculosis and Enola suspects she might be expecting. How many more surprises will be in store for these two lovers?
