Nine is a human who was branded with the seal of a demon unknown, unable to live a life which was whole. 

She finally meets a man with the answers to all her questions. 

Then, she sets out on a quest based on this information to ask that the seal be undone by whosoever placed it on her so she could live a normal life...

Then comes Abaddon, a blind ice demon and one of the rulers of hell. 

He lives in a domain that no one can enter, unless they have his seal. 

This woman, she wanders in, causing him to fret over losing his ability to quarantine his domain. 

Lo and behold, he finds out that she has his seal on her body making it the reason why. 

He had no idea how this comes about but has less time to worry about that for the first thing she tries to do on confirming that he knows what is drawn on her is to jump him.
