Hope for what?
There is nothing to hope for when everyone is against you? I don't have friends or a family but.... never would I believe that this would change in a matter of.... well who am I to tell you that? Changes aren't that bad... and sometimes help isn't either... I just wish I knew that one sooner.

Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other. Thanks to a tragic and very bloody night, he was left with nothing then his own memories of a happy past and his quirk to protect himself. He quickly found out that people are looking at him because of his quirk. All the people ever wanted was his quirk and not him. A shadow is a hero that works in the shadows of a limelight hero, doing everything they can to ensure that their hero wouldn't die. However what happens when a hero dies and the shadow is left alone? That is something Izuku is facing right now. He was a shadow hero ever after he was abandoned by his mother and then sold of to the American headquarters. They not only trained him and gave him a quirk but also made him be a shadow. An existence that is never written down as alive. He was basically a ghost who never lived before and no one would ever remember a shadow's death.... however due to some reasons he gets back to Japan and what's more he becomes the number 2 shadow. So, uh... life's been kinda upside down lately. One day I'm at home with Mom, and the next, I'm stuck living with my dad-yeah, the Yamada Hizashi, better known as Present Mic. Didn't exactly plan for that, but here we are. Still trying to wrap my head around it. Can't say it's all bad, though. Turns out, co-hosting a radio show with your pro hero dad at ungodly hours of the night is a pretty decent distraction from... well, everything else. Honestly, it's kinda fun. The way we go off-script half the time, roasting villains and throwing shade at the news-it's chaotic, but in a good way. Keeps me from thinking too much. Dad's-well, he's loud, dramatic, and somehow a total dork and a hero at the same time. But he's also... warm. Genuine. The kind of guy who makes you feel seen, even when you're trying real hard to blend into the wallpaper. It's weird, having someone actually there. Asking if I've eaten, if I'm sleeping okay, if I wanna vent or just scream into a mic at 2 AM. I guess what I'm saying is, things are messy and confusing, and I have no idea what's gonna happen next.
