Peyton Knight was determined to finish her senior year heads in Houston. Despite the underlying turmoil in her family, Peyton was hell-bent on focusing on two things: her schoolwork and her piano.

Of course, that didn't happen when she mixed with Kennedy Mason, a boy who hides behind his books.

Kennedy only shows what he wants the world to see, but Peyton believes beyond his aggressive exterior lies a good person inside. However, his life outside of school is anything but ordinary, and when Peyton begins to notice suspicious activity around school, Peyton tries to piece together the truth- and somehow, Kennedy is involved.

But the more she tries to figure him out, the more confused she becomes.

Hmmm this is pretty mysterious. I really want to know more about the boy. The way that she finally got him to speak was funny and kind of cute :)

They're both weird XD I wonder why he doesn't like to speak;) you did great in the description and I guessing that there would be a lot of humour in it xD

It really caught my interest since the beginning. I lie how you decided to start with somewhere in the story that is not the beginning. It's well written and the dialogue is also good, I seriously can't say anything bad about this chapter and its o interesting. Great teaser!
