In England, 1812, a girl of age 18 would most probably be in search of a husband, and most certainly should be.
However this has always been a problem for Winifred (Winnie) Lynch, for while men approach her for her stunningly good looks, they leave because of her quick wit and not so delicate, nor feminine, grace.
Winnie has just about given up on ever finding love because no man has ever been able to tolerate, let alone compliment her fiery personality.
Then all of a sudden come not one but two men, both able to do just that, in the form of the Bennet brothers. Both are drawn to Winnie, and aren't hesitant to cause some drama to win her heart.
So Winnie is left with two of a kind, and one big decision to make. Will she follow her head or her heart?
A historical romance, set in the Victorian era, may contain mature themes and strong language.
