Valentine's Day is coming up in Adventure Bay, and Ryder and the pups of the PAW Patrol are keeping occupied with making sure the town stays safe. As the day of romance draws near, the pups start noticing certain feelings between two of their teammates - Chase and Skye. Both the German Shepherd and the Cockapoo really like one another, but they get extremely timid and bashful  around each other one-on-one. To try and fix this issue, the rest of the team decides to set up a perfect situation between the two love-pups (a date, as one could say). Will the pup's plan work? Will Chase and Skye take the opportunity to show their affection towards one another, or will they shy away and remain..........Tongue Tied?

The rest of the Paw Patrol thought had Chase had died. They never replaced Chase's spot out of grief. And when Chase returns after many years, the pups aren't sure if they should trust him anymore. Is Chase going to be able to regain their trust? How is Skye going to react? Will they ever trust him again? Or will things never go back to normal? Only time will tell.
