The wind blew my way and in that instant, I was overwhelmed by a scent that had me drooling. It smelled amazing, like earth, citrus and something fresh. I rise my snout to breathe more of the smell, giving small steps toward the creature. The Lycan was also entranced with me, walking toward me, leaving the shadows and woah... he was majestic. When I was a child, I didn't see Lycans so often and never up so close, so I was mesmerized by the sight in front of me.
He kneels in front of me and his hairy hands grab my face and in a second he has his face buried on my neck and I don't complain. Is more, I delight in his touch and closeness. He felt so good on my fur, and smelled so good.
My wolf purr when I feel his snout nuzzling on my neck, sniffing and growling pleased.
My heart was beating like crazy and my body was humming in pleasure. I dig my snout onto his neck and grace my canines over his fur absently. He growls in response, biting softly on my neck. I could spend hours smelling him and never get tired of it. He just felt so good, the feeling was incredible. I never felt like this before and I didn't want it to end.
He then pulls away to look directly at my eyes and growls just one word:
Riley was twelve years old when she fell off a cliff and lost all her memories, being found by an old couple who became her parents.
Eleven years later, she finds her way to her old pack and her family, the discovery bringing her memories back.
But the adventure doesn't end there, because she soon finds her mate, and not a normal one but the lycan prince.
Is Riley's life finally complete, or are there threats lurking in the shadows?
