Slaying the Silence
It is 1683, during the reign of King Louis the XIV of France. With the king off to extend the borders of France, his most trusted noblemen are set in charge of overseeing his country. But a dark threat is rising - a thief known as the Silent Phantom.
Dangerous and ever mysterious, the thief swiftly and silently raids entire villages without ever being captured. Those few who have seen his face and lived to tell the tale can only speak of one thing... the white mask. Ever feared and never caught, this Phantom stretches France to the breaking point.
But all of that changes when the Marquis de Jacques's daughter, Aria, is robbed on a lonely forest road.
As time goes by, this woman begins to slowly change the Silent Phantom. But can a thief truly be made new?
This is again a 'charity book', for lack of a better term. @MichellePak has let me use her account until I'm able to get one of my own. Thank you for your time! Happy reading.
