Lucien is twenty years old and lives with his legal guardian. His PTSD, anxiety, and depression hold him back due to surviving a fatal car crash that killed his parents, and he doesn't want to go to therapy or move on with his life. Despite this, he has a loyal girlfriend who will soon become a long-distance relationship after she leaves for art school.
Draven, his legal guardian, is the total opposite of his ward. Practiced and nearly robotic in his responses to Lucien, he did his best to look after the young man after the accident four years previous. He mostly keeps to himself, works on his writing career, and attempts to have a normal life.
When Lucien discovers his provocative secret while hiding in a closet in the trans man's office, he's unable to control how his body responds. He begins to see Draven in a new light and realizes he isn't as straight as he thought. He makes it his goal to seduce Draven until they both lose their minds.
Can Lucien muster up the courage to tell his girlfriend he's been unfaithful, or will he remain in an anxious loop of toxic behavior with a dirty secret that's killing him?
