This story takes place during New Moon.

This story is going to be about Edward Cullen, a vampire, and Ray Mikaelson, a 18 year old girl.

Edward left Bella to protect her. After he left, he decided to travel the world. Go wherever his legs took him. He reached New Orleans with his broken heart. He had never been there before. So he goes around to explore.

Ray lives in New Orleans. She is a tribrid, who was very powerful. She has been under the protection of the Mikaelsons, who treat her as family.

Both Ray and her brother, Nox, run a sanctuary for the supernaturals. Edward happens to stumble upon Ray.

What will happen between them? Can Ray heal Edwards' heart?
