A Lovely Wreckage
Reagan, a senior in high school, appears to be your average teenager. A bright-eyed cheerleader with a craving for more than what the captain of the football team at Darklands Preparatory High School has to offer. With a passion for vintage photography and specks of stark blue that seem to infiltrate her thoughts despite the chaos inside her head, Reagan can't help the longing that she feels. It threatens to break down her defenses, the ones that she's worked hard to build in order to bury a deep, dark past.
To Reagan's friends, her infatuation is nothing but a harmless crush, despite knowing exactly what she's been taking Polaroids of on her vintage camera, and it's not her boyfriend, Ryle.
Inspired by Halsey's 'Color's music video, it's a world where a seventeen-year-old girl struggles with what she longs for the most. From feeling like she's being pulled apart at the seams by her lust, to a relationship that's doomed to fall apart from the start, Reagan's obsession for what she truly wants may just be the cause of her complete ruin when her crush becomes more than just a pile of Polaroids.
