When SHIELD agent Y/N helped Captain America readjust to the modern world, she was full of optimism and hope. Then she saw the destruction and devastation caused by the Avengers over the years and decided to set up a new department at the organisation - Project Sunrise. After six months of putting her heart and soul into Sunrise, she gets transferred by Nick Fury to help a certain other super soldier readjust at the request of Steve Rogers. She knows it's not going to be easy, but some of the best sunrises happen after a stormy night.

Takes place after CA:Civil War but doesn't follow MCU events. 

Rated mature due to some light smut but that doesn't happen until the chapter titled Funds Unavailable.
