Worth A Shot (Prucan) [Completed]
Francis Bonnefoy always considered himself to be a love genius, even if others disagreed. So it was only natural that when an opportunity arose, he would take it. Gilbert Beilschmidt and Matthew Williams were two of the most lonely souls he'd ever met. Scary thing was, one of them didn't even know it. So Francis concocted a plan, which he knew many would disapprove of, but to him it was fool proof.
A set up.
Gilbert wouldn't be easy to convince, he was too stubborn. Fortunately for Francis, he knew how to play off Gilbert's ego. He created a challenge, and Gilbert never turned down challenge.
"You have one month to make him fall for you" Francis pitched.
A wide grin spread across Gilbert's face, he leant over the table. "I only need a week"
It was more than just confusing for the young Nation when Prussia randomly started showing interest in him, because that was something people didn't do. He wasn't interesting, he wasn't special. So what was it that he saw in him, was it just some joke?
The plan would've been fool proof, but they were both such fools.
