White as a surname is unheard in Uganda unless a child is biracial with a foreign father

Wow first time I comment on anything. I'm ugandan and moved to a new country when I was in high school. My biggest worry at the time was understanding the English accent and being understood  with my accent not the colour of my  skin. This makes the story alittle less intriguing for me.
