Now, Luz attending a "Reality Check Summer Camp" was supposed to make everything better, everything normal. But after running off that bus to camp to chase after her one prized possession, her Good Witch Azura book, one thing led to another and now she had ended up in some old, isolated, and hidden town named the "Boiling Isles." Everything had changed since the death of their papá. Balancing guilt, trying to conform, broken relationships, and more, it felt impossible. There were lies, secrets, and entire lives hidden from one another, and it was only a matter of time before something or someone finally unraveled it all. Amity's breath hitches in her throat, and she doesn't speak. "Can I kiss you?" Luz asks, her breath tickling Amity's lips. Without any hesitation Amity nods her head yes, her eyes still wide. She couldn't believe it. Was this actually happening or was she dreaming? Luz looks at Amity again, obviously nervous. She doesn't seem to move, so Amity does instead. She cups Luz's face with her hands and gently brings her closer, pressing her lips against Luz's. The hybrid lets out a muffled squeak of surprise, but doesn't pull away or try to stop Amity. After a moment Amity releases Luz and covers her mouth with her hand, her cheeks tinted pink. Luz says nothing, and her ears lower, the tips of them red. "Wow." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luz Clawthorne-Noceda had always lived in the demon realm along with Camila and Eda, her moms.
