Not Just A Cheerleader
Paige is a new student attending West Gray High School, and like with every new girl, she tries to find her place in this chaotic jungle of girls practically wearing nothing and boys who think girls are toys. Rather than sitting in the corner and crying about how she has no friends, Paige takes the first step rather than waiting for someone to notice her.
She joins the cheer squad and, from experience back at home, almost instantly becomes one of the top cheerleaders (right next to the captain, of course, but some argue that Paige is the best, hands-down).
Performing at the school's pep rallies and home games is mandatory for all cheerleaders, so it wasn't long until the footballers, soccer players, and other sports people noticed Paige at the top of the human pyramid. From her dazzling smile and large eyes, she's captured the heart of not one, but two captains.
They first want her body, just like every other girl they've been with, but after constantly pursuing her and unexpectedly becoming her friend, they realize that they want something more; they realized that Paige wasn't just some other girl; that she wasn't just a cheerleader.
(Side Note: Under MAJOR editing. I wrote this when I was like, what, in the 4th grade? Yeah, 4th-grade Ally wasn't so good with words. Please be advised that some of the wording of the story can and will change for the story to be more entertaining than what earlier readers have read before. Are you a reader from the earlier stages of this book? Reread! It was my goal to completely get rid of the "girl-does-guy-sports-and-the-captains-fall-in-love-with-her" cliche, and I feel like I've successfully done so. Please reread again, for the plot and major events have changed.
Side Note to the Side Note: The ending will NOT change, however. I'm sorry, but I really liked the ending.)
