In the ancient university of Mexmouth, aspiring tattoo student Rory Starling can't help but link her mutation hallucinations to an incredible secret when an unlikely hunt drives her to be picked by Raven, a Neverwell Ghost celebrity in charge of hunting monsters, to help him in his quest to find an infamous escapee. A mysterious man who's after a diary that, picked up from a lying corner in Neverwell City's suburbs, gives clues about having created the very Neverwell Shrine.
