Growing up side by side, Emilio "Mio" Antonelli and Arabella "Ara" Espinoza were anything but easy friends. From childhood vacations to summer schools, even down to their toys and clothes, their lives were always tangled together. But for every memory they shared, there was always something to fight about. Mio always wanted things his way, while Ara thought he was just being a pa-cool kid... someone she would always end up "sinusumbong."

Their parents tried everything to set them up, forcing a bond that only turned into endless bickering. Eventually, even the grown-ups gave up, convinced the two were better off as enemies.

But time changes everything. As Mio and Ara grow older, the petty fights start to look funny, the bitterness turns lighter, and the history they thought irrelevant suddenly matters again. Destiny, after all, has its own sense of humor, and it might just know better than both of them.
