Well their deaf, not mute. They CAN talk, but they're more commonly known to sign
Most deaf people are not 100% profoundly deaf and many of us have some residual hearing.  If I jack up the volume and wear good headphones I can listen to music, I may not understand all the words, but I still listen. There are also ways to transmit music right into hearing aids.

Dude normal people do that all the time I'm in a wheelchair Bc of a disease I was born with where I can walk short distances and in school teachers used to tell kids not to play with me Bc i couldn't walk- I hate that

they technically can because if they play it loud enough they can feel the vibrations but she doesnt know that so carry on
