UNDERWATER Book 1: The Prophecy
Noelani, heir to the kingdom of Atlantis, is loved by all the kingdom for her beauty and kindness; many people fought for the right to see her. No one ever thought of losing the beloved heiress...until one day she mysteriously vanished from all the world's oceans after a bloody attack that left her mother, as well as many Royal guards, dead. There is no trace of the young Princess...or her kidnapper.
On an island, small and remote along the tropics somewhere, completely isolated from the world, is a young girl. She is forced to stay there, not only because of her inability to swim, but also due to her lack of memory; she can remember absolutely nothing of her life before the accident. Anything she seems to remember of her life before the accident comes to her in dreams, dreams that her savior tells her to immediately banish as nonsense. She listened to him every time, mainly because she felt he was right; the dreams she was having seemed too fantastical to be real, too much like a fairy tale to have any sort of truth among them.
One day, a mysterious man washed up on the door of her island, unconscious with serious injuries. She immediately went to help him, worried for his condition but also excited that she would finally have another person to talk to, other than the man who saved her. This strange castaway man would soon spark questions in her mind...questions that seemed to shake her entire world, her perception of reality, and the trust she held in her savior.
Were the things from her dreams actually real?
Was she more powerful than she truly realized?
Did mermaids really EXIST?
